• Users assume responsibility for following manufacturer usage and safety instructions.

• Manufacturer warranty may not apply due to refurbished status.

• Disputes resolved in the courts of Fuerteventura, Canary Islands.

1.7 Product Condition

• Products sold “asis” with full description of condition.
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance are not considered defects.

1.8 Returns & Warranty

• Right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs borne by customer unless product is faulty or misdescribed.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

• Flexstore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit or data.

1.10 Termination

• Flexstore may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or misuse.
